Never been a huge fan of Carl's Jr but this location in Ritzville WA is best I've been too. It all started with a lady at the counter... Her welcoming smile, this gal appeared to be perhaps in her sixties and her experience in life made this visit exceptionally special... She had this welcoming smile and personality... Extremely polite... My burger had jalapenos poppers on it.... Weird right? It was very good... Fries were fresh... It was a excellent visit for fast...

The service was great, barely had to wait for are food and got my order right. I got the double big carl combo. The burger was good and had a great charbroiled flavor. The fries were just mid as some of them were soft and had a weird after taste. All in all, not bad for a fast-food place.

John, our cashier, was a fantastic employee. He was one of the most pleasant, engaged restaraunt workers that I have ever met. He clearly takes his job with such pride and responsibility. His taking care of my order dramatically increased my appreciation for Carls Jr. and brightened my day!
