Just stopped by again on the way to Seattle, had the biscuits and gravy. The cook is amazing. Prior Review - Picked out this place because I read it had great Chicken Fried Steak. So we stopped on the way back to Moses Lake, everything we had was great, TY CHEF. The CF Steak was unbelievable, even having it for Linner.... :) Kudos to the the Waitress! She was awesome keeping up with our orders.
I ordered a burger steak and eggs. The eggs were fine, the sliced tomatoes were fine (instead of potatoes) the toast was fine. The hamburger patty was a different story. I have no idea how a hamburger steak could be prepared and cooked and leave zero of the juices a person would expect. It was the driest pice of meat I have ever had.
