My husband and I have been going to this coffee stand for years. The last few times they have messed up our drinks, but because we didn't notice until after we left we sucked it up. I brought it to the attention to the next time we were in and they told us to bring the drink back if it is messed up. This morning my husband got our coffee brought it back home and it was messed up. So he drove back. They did not fix the coffee (both drinks were wrong) and said they could remake but he'd have to pay again. I use alt milk so I can definitely tell when it is made with cow milk instead.

One person working both sides open = waiting for 25 minutes for a coffee. Stuck in line with no way to know it’s only one person working. Again today. Waiting in line of 9 cars?? I can’t go anymore bc the whole point of a drive thru is to be faster than going in somewhere. I’m sorry but get more employees it’s absurd to be stuck in a line for 30 minutes. 2nd time this week.
