The banana pudding is addictive. The macaroni & cheese was pretty tasty but a little on the drier side and I tend to lean towards a creamer preference. The food truck is in an obvious and easy to spot location. Ample parking is available. The service was friendly. I've only been once and didn't eat any of the meat (I will next time and I'll update the review) but I've grabbed a banana pudding a couple of times and will definitely be getting it again.
I had a chance to have their food at FunkFest in Olympia. Really good! Ribs were "fall off the bone" tender and their brisket was amazing. the mac and cheese was excellent and so were the beans. the staff was quite friendly.
