Had the smoked turkey melt and slaw. Always trying to find a reason to be in Rochester. Wish he was closer or delivery options to Puyallup.Parking: Wide open parking lot with large grass field for a picnic.

The banana pudding is addictive. The macaroni & cheese was pretty tasty but a little on the drier side and I tend to lean towards a creamer preference. The food truck is in an obvious and easy to spot location. Ample parking is available. The service was friendly. I've only been once and didn't eat any of the meat (I will next time and I'll update the review) but I've grabbed a banana pudding a couple of times and will definitely be getting it again.

I had a chance to have their food at FunkFest in Olympia. Really good! Ribs were "fall off the bone" tender and their brisket was amazing. the mac and cheese was excellent and so were the beans. the staff was quite friendly.

Oh my goodness, their barbecue is amazing!! I'm from Texas, so I believe I know a thing or two about good barbecue, and this is excellent! We got the ribs, brisket and a pulled pork sandwich. The ribs and brisket tasted like they came straight from Texas! The ribs were perfectly seasoned and falling off the bone. The brisket was melt in your mouth tender and well seasoned. The pulled pork was just a little too spicy for me, but still good. I have to say that I was a bit disappointed in the size of the potato salad compared to the price. We unfortunately didn't get dessert, but that's a certainty for next time! I believe they served baked potatoes at one time, I wish they would bring those back. The guys that manage and cook are super friendly and knowledgeable. They do have some picnic tables, but it's outside dining or to go. It's worth the trip, but go early, they sell out and I know why!

I got the Brisket Bigfoot Sandwhich. I got it with the pickled red onion and the house bbq sauce. If want a simple sandwhich on a delicious butter toasted bun, Highly recommended.It is a large Bigfoot amount of perfectly smoked and chopped brisket with a kiss of sauce on top to keep it all perfectly miost and not over flavored. The onion was a perfect compliment, and the sauce was a nice lil sweet peppery compliment.Price point was fair and that it is available everyday is a nice highlight as well. The staff and chef are very friendly and will answer every question you have about the food truck lifestyle. What a hidden gem! This place is amazing! I've been twice now. The 2nd time, I was so excited about the food, I forgot to take pics. The spicy chicken sandwich is hands downs a new favorite food. I will be regularly making the trip to see the guys at Bigfoot.

If you like good BBQ, this will not disappoint! Hardest thing is picking what you want - so many good choices on the menu! I went with a brisket sandwich and Mac and cheese. It was excellent.
