I smoke my own meats. So I judge a lot of BBQ joints on if they do smoke turkey. Any BBQ joint will to take that on? means they do good work on ALL their meats and put in the time to make it good. Been waiting for a good BBQ spot and finally it's arrived! picked up a lb of brisket, and it was better than I even hoped for! The owner even gave me a tour of their smoker, which as a man who loves good meat..it was quite impressive. Can't wait to go again! Good people, and great food. 😃
We have been there twice. Both times the food was fabulous! We have tried their flavorful succulent and tender brisket, the outstanding ribs, this time I got the amazing crispy chicken sandwich, heavenly smoked turkey and more ribs. The sides, Let me just say, are an absolute win too.
