One person working both sides open = waiting for 25 minutes for a coffee. Stuck in line with no way to know it’s only one person working. Again today. Waiting in line of 9 cars?? I can’t go anymore bc the whole point of a drive thru is to be faster than going in somewhere. I’m sorry but get more employees it’s absurd to be stuck in a line for 30 minutes. 2nd time this week.

Best coffee drinks ever!! Drinks are consistent in quality and I am a true coffee snob. The biscuits and gravy are a must! Wonderfully friendly staff. Highly recommend!!! You won't be sorry.

This store is absolutely amazing. Their food is always top notch and the cookie of the day is such a cute idea (especially when all of the cookies are delicious.) I personally like to order a custom smoothie or a pumpkin spice chai. The workers are sweet and always give my dog a treat!

I haven't been here before. I asked the batista to just make something really good and really hot. She made me something like a smore with a hint of toasted coconut?.I don't even know I was in such a hurry.I am promising here and nowthis coffee for me..is the BEST COFFEE DRINK IVE EVER HAD. hands down.She knows what she's doing.It's only coffee til you must drive 500 more miles and are lost.Applause. I went in Thursday afternoon and the girls were amazing. The coffee shots were perfect I couldn’t ask for a better coffee shop. I’ve always been to great wolf lodge and never had a good cup of coffee until I found you guys finally some good coffee.

Best coffee around !! I purposely will drive out of my way or leave home early to make sure I can get a coffee. The employees are always super kind and most of them are dog lovers! My dogs appreciate the pup cups and treats with whip on them

Finally stopped I'm for my first drink here yesterday since it went up. I had a PeachBerry special drink - has popping Boba! It was amazing, and as busy as they were, they got through people in line fairly quickly at that time. And they have ACTUAL FOOD!

Every visit that I or my friend have made to Northwest Grind has been fantastic. They have the BEST chai around and their menu options are above and beyond all the other stands in the area. There is a bit of a wait in line most days, but it is definitely worth the wait. The owner Brittany F. is very customer service oriented and personally responds to any comments or concerns.
