Normally get my Subway elsewhere but you're hungry when you're hungry. I got a different sandwich than I normally get and was pleasantly surprised. The bread was also really good here for the subs. I usually get the Italian herbs

Came in just before close and the gal was cleaning and the place was spotless and the gentleman that made our sandwiches was courteous and the sandwiches were surprisingly very fresh! Highly recommend!

This location is not consistent with hours which is really sad! It’s 5:30 on a Sunday, door hours say 9am-9pm. The one and only employee is in there just walking around and completely ignoring the fact that customers have come to the door and tried to open it. He’s also ignored the phone twice. I’m all for closing early on Sunday, but it doesn’t take much to update hours and at least acknowledge the customers to let them know that they’re closed.

Worst Subway in the area by far. So unreliable, this place should just be shut down. I have tried and tried to come back to this place, but the place is just not worth it and tonight was the final straw. I ordered online in the hopes of getting to enjoy a fresh sandwich because despite this place I do like Subway in general, but of course it’s 5 o’clock and the open sign is off. There is an employee inside however so I try the door and it is locked. I waved my phone to try and get his attention and he flat out ignored me. So, I tried to call, thinking maybe he can take my name and I can come back another time and he goes into the back, but nothing. The phone just rang and rang for a minute or two. I was just fed up and now I am furious. I drove all the way here, already paid for my order, and was ignored and disrespected by a freaking employee who is in the business of CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I would not and will not ever recommend that someone come back here. Rochester would be better off without this place. The owner really should be ashamed, this place is beyond help and the turnover rate of the employees is disgraceful. Something has to be done. I know I am not alone in the atrocious and appalled way I am feeling and more people need to speak up. Nothing will change if we don’t say something.

This is by far the worst subway I’ve ever seen in my entire life. It’s 5 o’clock and they’re closed trying to pick up an online order. The guy clearly ignored me and just kept doing what he was doing. Had the open sign off. This subway should just closed down because it’s so pathetic with the owners and the people they hire. I even called. He just ignored me. Screw this place. I will never go to Subway again here in Rochester

Dirty ran down restaurant. The service is slow, painfully slow even if you order online. A pack of hillbillies hang out in the parking lot and clamber for the attention of the toothless assistant manager in between orders. There is no way to voice your concerns to the owner because the manager is the only one permitted to speak with her. On top of all of that, there is a older lady who sits in the store all day watching everything because her cousin, or kinfolk of some kind is working there. This lady brings in crafts and sets up shop at a customer table to oversee her relative making the sandwiches. You can practically hear the banjo's warming up as you open the door no, thanks! I will NEVER return to this location.

No stars! Another shining example of how horrible the service industry is anymore. I placed an online order and my son went to pick it up, there was a 20min out pick up time. He arrived and was ignored by the employees who were both “visiting” with someone already in store and when they were done and finally acknowledged him and that he was there for an online pickup they said “oh ya guess I should get started on that.” Then they did not have all the toppings I selected so they made the sandwich without instead of taking the time to slice the veggies or at the very least asking if it was ok to omit them. There is no longer any pride in a job well done (regardless of what the job is) and sadly this is a new epidemic! ?

Horibbly slow. And they seemed clueless. 45 min to make 2 sandwiches with 5 people waiting behind me. This subway has been a mess for years amd I do t know why they can't get anyone trained to do better. Always new employees, and no one can ever do there jobs

DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY LOCATION. I will be also reaching out to Subway corporate. This location should not be open. It is currently under complete construction but still operating. They are not taking any of the proper health precautions while demoing a very old building. Dust, asbestos, and mold. There is a bucket in the middle of the room catching water. There is an active leak flowing from the ceiling. The bathroom was completely torn up, no soap and didn’t look like it had been cleaned in months. Flies everywhere. The worker behind the counter said they have a fly problem because the constructions workers keep leaving the doors open. Not ok. They are putting their customers at risk.
