WOW!!! I PROMISE YOU... IT'S AN EXPERIENCE! I met Justin and this crew at a winery in Chelan...and I can't give high enough accolades. I'm from El Paso originally, and finding quality BBQ in the pnw is Hard! Hands down, best I've had and I'm comparing it to southern BBQ. Even turned my gf into a believer, and topped it off with an amazing desert to boot. Perfect Burnt ends, succulent Pork, moist and spicy Turkey, overall... AMAZING!!! ??

Burch Mountain catered our wedding celebration, and we're so glad they did! They were easy to work with, had excellent communication throughout the process, and answered all our questions. The pulled pork, brisket, roasted corn salad and traditional slaw were wonderful and many of our guests said it was the best they'd ever had. We'd give them 10 stars if we could!

We hired Burch Mountain BBQ to cater out wedding and it was everything we expected and more. All the food was cooked to prefection, and Val and Justin were so helpful throughout the entire process of booking and selecting our meal. Our guests had nothing but great things to say about the food and how cool it was to see the smoker on our venues property! We will be headed to their window any time they're open!

This review is long over due. I hired Burch Mountain BBQ for my rehearsal dinner without ever trying them and they did not disappoint! I was having trouble finding a food truck or mobile caterer that would service the Lake Chelan area. When google and yelp were not providing many options, I joined a Wenatchee friends Facebook group and asked if anyone could recommend a caterer preferably BBQ and that’s how I found Burch Mountain BBQ. Our dinner was supposed to be in 2020 but covid had other plans. Justin & Valerie were so great to work with they were able to accommodate moving our date to 2021. They were very responsive over email and answered all my high-strung Bride questions. They put together a great menu to accommodate food allergies and a few vegetarians in our party. When we arrived they were set up and ready to go. They brought their own tables and linens for their set up and even offered disposable plates and utensils at no extra charge. The food was incredible! Everyone was raving about it - I only wish I had taken photos but I was too busy making love to my food. We shockingly had leftovers as some people dropped out last minute. Justin & Valerie boxed up all the leftovers for our family and friends to enjoy over the weekend. I highly recommend hiring Burch Mountain for your next event - the food is amazing and priced extremely well for the quality you get, plus Justin & Valerie are gems to work with! We had Burch Mountain for our work employee appreciation meal. Food tasted good, really liked the brisket, but servings were cold when I got to eat. It’s probably better if you eat it fresh at the restaurant.

Over the last two decades, I have had a chance to visit barbecues throughout the country including Franklin's in Austin Texas, which is considered one of the top in the world. I would put Burch Mountain BBQ right up there with them. They've been so busy lately they're rarely open because their catering special events and there's been a shortage of workers. Yet the owner and chef does amazing things with both brisket and turkey as well as everything else I've ever eaten there. You have to watch their Instagram page to find out when they're open and they do sell out often in a matter of hours.
