THIS IS IT RIGHT HERE! I did travel work across the country for 8 years before moving here and this is the best all around BBQ in the country. I have been enjoying Burch Mountain BBQ for several years now. I have travelled all over the country and am originally from the south and am telling you right now this is THE BEST BBQ I have ever had. I am serious when I tell you that one of my deciding factors in moving to Wenatchee after travel nursing for years was because of this BBQ! Their pork chop sandwich and their beans were fantastic. I'm not usually a fan of beans that have any sweet qualities but I finished the full serving, great mix of sweet with a hint of savory.
