“We had not visited this place under previous management, with these nice folks taking over earlier this year. They are doing fantastic. It's a menu with traditional country-living favorites, mixed with a few sophisticated options that go beyond comfort food. I went with Fish & Chips, while the Wifey looked to nosh on Wings and a well-prepared Caesar Salad. Expert hands fried the fish. Lightly battered, not greasy, flaky amazingness in every bite. I so appreciate that. And having a fresh and tasty slaw to compliment was perfect. Note that their house-made sauces/dippers were amazing, with flavors-a-poppin'. My poor Wifey had to hear me rave about the Tartar the whole time. Our server was a sweetie, and picked me a winner of an IPA to wash it all down. A visit from the Chef/Owner to see how we were doing was cool as all get out. This resto is a grand-slam winner in a beautiful Palouse small town...”
