My friend and I stopped in here on our way to the casino @4pm. We were greeted warmly by the bartender. It wasn't super busy, we sat down at the bar. My friend had the hula burger and it being fishee Friday. I had the fish sandwich with coleslaw! My friend devoured her burger and said it was absolutely delicious. My fish sandwich was super crunchy and just what I was craving. I could eat a bucket of the coleslaw(I never thought about putting honey mustard on coleslaw), delish!
Hannah is a true GEM she greeted us at the door and showed my grandkids to the play drawers. It took a bit for the food but when it came it was delish. We had burgers and the kids had chicken strips and loved them. We plan on making this a regular stop.
If you’re anywhere near Rockford, you HAVE to stop at Fredneck’s Saloon and Beanery. This place is hands down my favorite bar and grill. The atmosphere is exactly what you want, laid back, welcoming, and full of character.
But the real star of the show is the food… specifically the burgers. I can confidently say it’s the best burger I’ve ever had. Perfectly cooked, packed with flavor, and you can tell they take pride in what they’re serving.
