We've recently had the fish and chips, burgers, turkey bacon pesto sandwich, and the pot roast special. All phenomenal. Sides are great too, especially the Jo Jos. Food is great, service is great, malbec is on point, prices are very reasonable. A new weekly spot for us!
Great service and menu/drinks. The smoked turkey pesto grilled cheese was delish. We also tried the burnt ends- next time we will request crispy/extra crispy. Waitstaff were attentive and the place has a wonderful charm. Great spot for football Sunday or a relaxed local place any day of the week.
We had not visited this place under previous management, with these nice folks taking over earlier this year. They are doing fantastic. It's a menu with traditional country-living favorites, mixed with a few sophisticated options that go beyond comfort food. I went with Fish & Chips, while the Wifey looked to nosh on Wings and a well-prepared Caesar Salad. Expert hands fried the fish. Lightly battered, not greasy, flaky amazingness in every bite. I so appreciate that....
