We stopped in at Honey’s Kitchen for lunch and tried the Huevos Rancheros — it was absolutely spectacular. The eggs were cooked perfectly, and the combination of beans, salsa, avocado, cotija, cheesy grits, and chorizo pulled pork everything together into a hearty and flavorful dish. The addition of protein and the creamy, cheesy grits made it feel substantial and satisfying without being overly heavy.
