Third time I’ve ordered in the app, it says a time and I come in and the sandwich isn’t even started on yet. What is the point of a mobile order if when I come in at the time it says it’s ready, and it’s simply not.

I attempted to make an order online, I was in eastern wa. The app somehow changed my location and reverted it back to the McKenna location. Once I realized it I called and advised them I was 200+miles away and somehow it changed my location. I could not come and pick them up due to my location in addition tonthem not having both sandwiches made.They said they couldn't do anything to assist and even the area manager wasn't willing to even try and help me. Very poor customer service. I would not spend your money there, go somewhere customer service oriented and care.

I have shopped at this location occasionally for the last 6 years, and usually I go into the store to make my purchase. Going in person, I've never had an issue. Today, I made an online order with 3 sandwiches, which was a total disappointment. Two of the three sandwiches had less than half of the items requested to be on them (missing items, wrong sauces, no cheese, not toasted when requested to be toasted). I called the store and got a new employee, who was not informed on procedures to remedy or able to get ahold of anyone with experience as they were the only one on shift for a couple hours.
Bottom line: I will never tip at this location again or do online orders. It's like a previous reviewer said: once they know how much you're paying, they give you the bare minimum. The sad thing is that I tipped on this occasion, and my previous in store experiences have been great. Truly disappointed.

I have been going here for about 3 years. My family does subway a few times a month. I have always been happy with this location, however this last Saturday morning I ordered 3 subs as soon as they opened. We were headed out of town. I used a coupon online ( normally I go in) by the time we sat to eat our sandwiches all three were made wrong, and the toppings that were on there was almost non exsistant. We had flavored bread. So word to the wise if your going to use a coupon go inside, because apparently if they know how much your paying they give you bare minimum.
The employee Grace was absolutely amazing! She was the only one working. Very nice sweet and made a great sub. Thank you

This is the best Subway in the Yelm/Roy area. They listen to you and don't over spice the subs with pepper that some people can't handle. The bogo sale they had on made it much more affordable to have a good meal out with the family.
Vegetarian options: Veggie delight, they used to have a veggie patty
Dietary restrictions: Low carb bread available, salad bowls made just like a sub but without the bread and in a bowl
