This is the best Subway in the Yelm/Roy area. They listen to you and don't over spice the subs with pepper that some people can't handle. The bogo sale they had on made it much more affordable to have a good meal out with the family.

Vegetarian options: Veggie delight, they used to have a veggie patty

Dietary restrictions: Low carb bread available, salad bowls made just like a sub but without the bread and in a bowl

This Subway location was very clean! Usually I avoid going to ANY Subway because the places are either too crowded, no place to sit, food prep area is messy, tables are dirty and workers that make you feel rushed to order. But this location was so nice! the employee working was very friendly, the food prep area was very clean, all the toppings were covered, he was patient with my daughter who was ordering her own sandwich for the first time and he was nice enough to explain...
