Taco wagon has since moved down the street. Highly recommend tacos are great and their hot sauce is amazing. Service is fast, most orders out well under 10 minutes. Seating is limited with 3 or 4 picnic tables which are usually full during evening hours. Overall if in a rush passing through Royal city pick up a quick bite won't disappoint.
Taqueria Gaitan is THE BEST TACO TRUCK you will find! We eat here at least three times a week. The tacos here are delicious with tasty, tender meat choices- I recommend Barbacoa (shredded beef) or Adobada (pork cooked in a red sauce) but all are good! They have three types of homemade salsa- Red, Green, and a spicy, thick avocado salsa. The tacos come with a side of radishes, and sautéd onions. This place is always busy with locals! We live in the Seattle area and were passing through the Royal City area.Taqueria Gaitan was recomended to us and it did not disappoint!A definite stop, when we pass through this area again.
