The food was ok but the service was very bad. They took too long to serve us and after that too long to serve us the drinks and finally 3 surrounding tables arrived long after us and they had their drinks and food first.

Stopped in for drinks and had a lovely time! The pineapple margarita with three different rims was a beautiful touch. It was also interesting to look around and see everyone at the bar with a signature cocktail— that’s how you know they’re good. The lavender cocktail was also delicious.

It was good but lacked a bit in flavor and for the price it should be all around 4-5

Everything was very good. Good, service and decor. It was a bit noisy but that is the only negative. I had the scallops and the wife had the Halibut. And the dessert chocolate tort was delicious. Highly recommend trying this one.

Had the Bravocado brunch. Didn't live up to what was described on the menu.

Superb location in Point Ruston and Free Valet Parking is a real plus. Experience with the staff was mixed from a fantastic server to a host that seemed to care less that we were there. The weekend brunch menu is incredible.

As always, just wonderful! First time there for breakfast - the Eggs Benedict was the BEST I've ever had! The biscuits are to die for! We usually go there for dinner and have always had a wonderful seat so we could see the water, but this time we didn't have a good table at all, sort of disappointed about that. But otherwise, perfection!

Would give it 5 stars because the food is incredible, but my friend and I had a bizarrely bad experience with our service last night. We had reservations and I arrived before her, so I chose to wait outside by the host desk until she got there. I observed ALL of the guests before us being promptly greeted with kindness and seated while I was waiting and naturally expected to be treated the same- once we were both there and came to the host desk, the guy working spent a solid 3.5 if not 4 minutes not even acknowledging us let alone seating us (they also knew I had a reservation). Mind you they are not even a foot away from us. It was honestly so weird and off-putting; as someone who worked in restaurant management for 8 years I understand you can’t always get to each customer immediately. But pretending they’re not there when you’ve done the opposite with everyone else is unacceptable. He left for a bit, then came back and did the same thing. Finally he switched the girl who had originally greeted me and she proceeded to do the same thing. We stood there for probably 6 minutes with no acknowledgment until I finally moved my hand which jangled my keys and all she said was “oh.” The only thing I can think is that we were slightly dressed down compared to the other customers, but there is no dress code, nor is that a reason to be rude. Our money has the same value as everyone else’s. Along with that, our waiter hardly ever checked on us. The girl bussing tables was twice as attentive as he was. I know working in food is tough and hardly ever write negative reviews, but the way were treated was really strange and turns me off of coming back given how much money we spend to eat there.

This is slightly better than a typical hotel restaurant. The food was well done and the service was good. The decor of this place was too bright and fake for our taste, just like the hotel, but the views out the windows are amazing. There aren't a lot of great restaurants in Tacoma, this is one of the better ones.

The booth has a seat that was really too long, my feet did not touch the floor for most of the time. It got pretty loud where we were at, we were trying to talk business and the 6 people behind us were extremely loud

I upgraded to add my salmon to my beet salad and they claim it was wild salmon but when it arrived it was very pink (color added vs deep red). It immediately upset my stomach and I threw it all up once I arrived home.
