The place is nice. The food is ok, for the price, it definitely could be better. A lot of ours was cold or like warm at best. The drinks were tasty. Services was rather inattentive, which is a little upsetting at a Mother's Day meal, and when the 20% tip is already on the bill.
Loved the whole vibe of the restaurant and the views! My only thing was the salmon Benedict was hard to eat. I tried and just couldn’t because of the overwhelming taste of butter which was from the sauce. All I could eat was the potatos and nobody asked if there was anything wrong with the food I didnt hardly touch. Just don’t get the eggs Benedict and don’t be shy like me and say something isn’t good. I just felt bad they were busy.
The absolute BEST thing on the menu was the saffron pork bolognese. To hear they took it off the menu sucks. It’s why C&S was my fav in Tacoma and I’d bring people from out of town. The rest of it is just okay. So sad. RIP to my fav restaurant. Bring it back!!!!
