The service was delightful, prompt and pleasant. The price for my scotch was significantly higher that in other upscale places. The food was very tasty, but came to the table not very warm. A modest, automatic bread service at the start would be a nice touch. The dessert menu needs to be expanded and and matching the seasons with at least one choice would be a nice touch. Next remodel, install sound deadening materials. There are a lot of hard surfaces that make sounds echo.
We had lunch on a Thursday in October. The restaurant is in a hotel and wasn't busy when we were there, so we got the best view table in the place, although all tables and booths have great water views. The menu was limited in choices, so it's easy to make a decision about what to order. Some people might find it too limiting. We had wine and cocktails too, and the drink list was decent. Our food was very good and arrived nicely hot. I would eat here again as a waterfront...
I highly recommend dining at Copper and Salt Northwest Kitchen any time of day—whether it's brunch, lunch, dinner, or even after-dinner cocktails. What a fantastic spot! The service is consistently amazing, with a team that makes you feel welcome and well taken care of. Every visit is a great experience, and I always leave impressed. Definitely a must-visit!
