We really enjoy eating at the August Moon Restaurant in Sammamish. It is a bit of a drive for us but worth it. The servers are always kind and friendly. The food is served hot, is very flavorful and nice sized portions. We haven't strayed too much from our favorites and always order vegetarian. Their Singapore Rice Noodles are excellent as well as the Curry Assorted Vegetables. We especially love the Mongolian Tofu. We often get String Beans in Black Bean Sauce which is delicious...

I’m always alarmed to go to a restaurant with 100+ options. Salt and pepper pork chops were greasy and unpalatable.

Tofu was good.

Orange chicken tasted off somehow.

The pot stickers were great.

Walnut prawn was good.

It was just generally hit or miss. We don’t plan to come back.

I live in Japan, but unfortunately, I haven’t had the chance to visit this restaurant yet.

However, as a friend of the owner’s family, I know that they are warm, friendly, and truly wonderful people.

Their family is full of love, and even though it’s been years since we first met, we still keep in touch.
