Himitsu Teriyaki

Best teriyaki on the plateau. Always reliable, never had a bad dish, and the people are very friendly. If I’m getting teriyaki it’s from Himitsu!

$20 for chicken teriyaki... what the hell.

Food is fine and if you're stuck out in Redmond ridge, only joint with hitting if that's your craving.

After eating here once, I'm definitely coming back. We ordered the beef yakisoba and spicy chicken as well as an extra side of rice. Me and my brother were both excited by the fact that the yakisoba came with its own rice as well. As for the spicy chicken, it was dry but came with extra sauce, so I couldn't really tell. And the meat portions were very generous. There was also a side of teriyaki sauce on both plates. Overall, great food and service. The casher was very sweet.

First time here, and an absolutely pleasant place. The gentleman that took my order was friendly and nice.
The food is a filling portion, and absolutely amazing! The Teriyaki sauce is probably the best I have had in all my time in Seattle. I happened to be near for work and stopped in.
I will definitely make it back!

I can never rank it all the way in the atmosphere department because just a teriyaki shop,however my employee forgot his lunch and we went there service was fast food was hot.
The portion was good and they had lunch specials which is awesome! I never went there due to the bad reviews but the new ownership apparently doing the job correctly.

Very nurturing staff guided me on my journey to a new world of Japanese cuisine! I had not tried it before, but now, this restaurant has befome a new favorite my kiddos and me.

Worst experience ever! Bad customer service and the food quality is terrible. Ordered chicken stir fry and it barely had chicken in it but was full of cabbage and veggies with no sauce very dry I was tbh shocked!

Solid teriyaki! Very tender, with the right amount of char. Side salad is mid, as is tradition for good teriyaki joints.
