Best teriyaki on the plateau. Always reliable, never had a bad dish, and the people are very friendly. If I’m getting teriyaki it’s from Himitsu!

$20 for chicken teriyaki... what the hell.
Food is fine and if you're stuck out in Redmond ridge, only joint with hitting if that's your craving.

The best beef and chicken teriyaki in town!
After eating here once, I'm definitely coming back. We ordered the beef yakisoba and spicy chicken as well as an extra side of rice. Me and my brother were both excited by the fact that the yakisoba came with its own rice as well. As for the spicy chicken, it was dry but came with extra sauce, so I couldn't really tell. And the meat portions were very generous. There was also a side of teriyaki sauce on both plates. Overall, great food and service. The casher was very sweet.
Been here a few times in the past few months and absolutely love the food.

The food is a filling portion, and absolutely amazing! The Teriyaki sauce is probably the best I have had in all my time in Seattle. I happened to be near for work and stopped in.
