Mercury’s Coffee

I ordered a coffee and burnt my tongue… not necessary to make a coffee that hot. Not drinkable for over an hour. Literally scalding. I’ll go again because service was good and I’m not going to SB these days but I’ll be sure to say less hot.

Nice little place attached the Shell gas station. Coffee is a little overpriced, but find me a coffee shop that isn't.

My drink is always perfectly made by, an even remembered by, Jordan and crew at this location. Sure, I've been to other locations, but this is my favorite. I work nights and Mercury's espresso is a delicious form of rocket fuel. They have a really big drink menu with lots of options to please eveeyone. 10/10 recommend this location, specifically.

In my experience (Thursday-Sundays and some random other days always before noon) I have never received bad service or a bad drink. Who ever was working today about 11:45 is a great team. Fast, double checked my order, complimented my nails, offered the choco beans. I love who ever is the lead. She’s been there since I started going there and has always been great with recommendations.

This review is a shout out to the morning crew. Y’all rock.

Either change the closing time or have people at the location to serve coffee. Twice I ran after work to be at this shop before it closes at 7, but there is no one there at 6:30 or even 6:45, just OPEN sign is on. I hope management looks in to this!

Sorry to do this. I got a lotus here on my way to work. A young man made it for me. First he messed up, so he poured it into another cup, but left all of the syrup at the bottom. Then he left about 4 inches of foam on top. And when I left and tried it, it tasted horrible and had no flavor…. It wasn’t cheap. I bought my friend a drink too and spent $15 bucks on this and had to throw it away. I won’t be coming back here and don’t recommend this location to anyone.

I used to like this place because it's so conveniently located and the people were friendly. But we sat in line with a barista, talking to her friend who was in a car, doing nothing. Not buying, paying, etc. She kept looking at us and when we finally decided to leave, because we had used our ten minutes of time, she gave us a big smile and said, "oh, they're leaving!" And the person in the car that wouldn't move flipped is off. My husband and I both worked service industries and we try to be patient and understanding, but this was blatant disregard for customers and your job. It's sad because I know other baristas at this location that always go the extra mile, but I'll be going to Starbucks tonight instead.

During our visit, my companion and I ordered two 12oz drinks and observed that they were filled to about 3/4 of the cup's capacity. Our past experiences at this location usually involved drinks filled to the top, so this was a noticeable change.Upon raising this with the barista, we received a somewhat dismissive response, being told our drinks were appropriately filled and were further advised to rejoin the queue if we wanted a larger size.I'm reaching out with the hope that this feedback can help ensure consistent service quality for all patrons moving forward.
