All 3 stars are for the excellent staff at this location, they're all great! The missing stars are for Starbucks corporation making ridiculous systems like order scheduling, which in high traffic areas is failing fabulously. It makes it unrealistic for the staff and degrades the atmosphere. I recommend skipping Starbucks

I want to thank the staff at this store! I just wanted a fresh pour over of a fine Ethiopian reserve coffee and the manager did not hesitate to open and bag and make the best coffee I’ve had in a long time! Thank you!!!

This is the best Starbucks I have ever been to. The barista named Jessy is the nicest person I’ve ever met! Everyone is so warm and welcoming . If my drink is ever messed up, they are very happy to apologize and remake it. Despite it being busy because of the Highschool, the workers are always very nice and understanding. Love this place so much!
