Why do you turn down the temperature on a cold day? We come here to have a warm coffee, sit and take few sips and start our day instead we are driven out as soon as we buy the coffee.

The workers are kind and make the drinks very fast! I will say it’s always crowded which is a good sign for the business, but I felt like any open chair I found had crumbs or drinks spills on it. I felt gross sitting in the chair. Windows were very dirty. They need more staff to get on top of those things:)

Ordered a mobile order of a bacon gouda breakfast, oatmeal and a coffee and even during a busy moment it was ready within three to five minutes and perfectly prepared when I arrived.

Atmosphere is sad. Fireplace has been 'out of order' for close to six months 'due to parts problem'. Use to be my go-to place for a cozy cuppa but with the cold, austere feeling, I now go to the Issaquah Highlands Safeway branch.
