Honestly I'm shocked at the low ratings! I have been a Starbucks customer for nearly 25 years and this by far was one of the best I have been too. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The food and my drink was made perfect. I feel this morning shift who were here embodied what Starbucks intends for it's guests. Cheers to a job well done!!!
I've been in Duvall for about 2 weeks to visit family. We have come here 4 times in the time that we were here to use the WiFi (our internet at home is bad). The quality is fairly standard of Starbucks, but what makes this place exceptional is the service. Everyone in this location is friendly, and greets you from the moment you enter all the way to moment you leave. Whoever manages this location seems to have hired a team that is knowledgeable, and actually enjoys working here....read full review

Went here for 10 years and the staff has always been the kindest to everyone. The management is super impressive and there is always a good team on staff. I don’t go to Starbucks much anymore but when I do I feel like I was really missed and that feels wonderful to know such amazing people. I only wish more businesses were run like this location.
