“It was my first time ever visiting this cutesy little coffee stand before, I came by early this morning, just shy of an hour after open and as soon as I walk in the door, knew this would be a great coffee place. The atmosphere from the building itself is so warm and cozy, but the barista really just helped round it out! I unfortunately never got the lovely ladies name (forgot to ask) who served me this morning but she made a delightful toasted marshmallow chai with 2 espresso shots for me this morning and it was delectable! perfect way to start my morning, my only gripe is that the chai concentrate isn't my favorite but I'm a very picky person when it comes to chai :) 10/10 will go here again when I want a little sweet treat“

“This has recently become my go-to coffee shop.They open quite early, so I don't have to second guess whether they are open when I want to get coffee in the morning.The coffee is decent, it's the same as at other locations, so there's not really much to say about that.The people working at the counter seem to be friendly and polite. They always get my order right. I have experienced at other coffee places that sometimes during rush hours, it might be difficult to do that.“

“The ladies at this Starbucks are always welcoming and hard working, even while busy with the influx of Steven's Pass visitors or anyone passing through. The store is always clean and organized, if there is a table that needs a wipe they're quick to do so. Most of all, they can make consistently good coffee, while other Starbucks fluctuate on their prep and shots; which almost always leaves me wanting a cup from the route 2 location.“

“An amazing huge bakery of delicious goodness. The cakes were so pretty during the new year.
We had the Blueberry Yogurt Cake which was one of the first time I having an Yogurt Cake and it was amazing. Soft and delicious cake , full of blueberry goodnesses.

The chocolate chiffon cake was another soft delicious cake.

Parking is a nightmare if you don't get lucky. There is no immediate street parking and this bakery is on the busiest intersections in Redmond.

The service behind the counter was friendly but slow, they seemed to short staffed when we went during the holidays.

“This grounds is fantastic! The girl that made our drinks was so knowledgeable and sweet as can be! The drinks themselves were delicious and I wished I’d gotten a large! Took a bit to get our stuff but with as glorious as these drinks are 15 minutes for 3 drinks is fantastic. The girl that helped us said it was her first shift alone but she was AMAZING! She talked to us the whole time and was so good with recommendations about stuff to do in Washington since we’re from Colorado. “The Sammamish Plateau has become a fairly trendy neighborhood about 15 miles east of Seattle. It marks the beginning of the climb by way of I-90 over the lowest pass in the Cascades to the beautiful basaltic plateau that is characteristic of eastern Washington State.\n\nOtherwise it's just another Starbucks and one, seemingly, favored by the local police and fire departments. Could be the safest Starbucks ever in a "Stepford" community where you could probably leave your BMW or Range Rover idling outside the place while you ordered your double decaf soy caramel mocha with no foam and a lo-cal non-fat gluten free muffin. Go there early in the morning and watch the school kids spend their lunch money on lattes...\n\nI liked it better when we had a country store with a hitching post and a cat named Gus sitting on the porch in place of where Starbucks' sits today.“

Helped upsell the mango dragonfruit drink into a lemonade, the biggest cup size they have, and low ice for more drink! Excellent customer service. I know he was just doing his job, but if he/that location could get some recognition that'd be great :)“
