“Been frequenting this little gem since working a cpl days a week in Kenmore and just love it. The staff is friendly, very experienced and fast. I waited out 6 other cars this morning and was served in less than 5 mins and got a "thank you for waiting". Speed+accuracy+professional and personable attitudes make for the perfect "go to" coffee place :) I'll never understand why people sit for 20 mins in a Starbucks line when there's places like this, around.“

“Annika and Serena were absolutely AMAZING!! So sweet and kind, and made us the best drinks ever - seriously. I go to Good Vibes espresso all the time and get the PB&J Lotus and it’s my favorite, so I tried to order it here. Serena made me a dupe that was literally 10x better, no joke!
These girls were so professional, gave great customer service and recommendations. I will now be driving out of the way to come back, hopefully I get them as my baristas again!! <3“

“First time at Aroom Coffee and I tried the Gloomy Matcha — black sesame matcha. It was sooo good! The flavor was really good and well balanced. I honestly loved it.

The place was pretty busy when I went, but the service was still really organized and everything moved pretty quickly. I was impressed with how well they handled the crowd.

“Took myself on a little breakfast date, there was plenty of warm seating despite having a line of people. I got a vanilla cortado and the egg sandwich. Both really pleasantly surprised me. I am picky everything, but this was just what I wanted! I will be back here with friends for sure.“

“Not only is this my bf’s fav coffee shop in Seattle (I’m not a coffee drinker, but he’s got a high bar for good coffee, so that’s saying something), the staff are sweethearts and will happily fetch you bandages for when you crash on your bike.

“We absolutely LOVE the Seattle Meowtropolitan!! My 8 year old and I have been visiting regularly for more than a year now and we‘ve bonded with all the amazing kitties! Everyone who works and volunteers here is so kind as well. The kitty-themed drinks and kitty macaroons are all delicious too! And the cat-inspired decorations—even in the restrooms—are wonderful! It’s a kitty paradise for all the cats and humans who visit. :) We highly recommend everyone who loves cats visits this magical place!“

“My favorite spot in town for matcha and coffee. The quality and service are both consistently great, and even though there can be pretty long lines on weekends, they usually move quickly.

They freshly whisk the matcha for each drink. Everything I’ve tried so far has been really good, and the taste has been very consistent. Their drinks also aren’t overly sugary, which I really appreciate. These are the best matcha drinks I’ve had, and I loved their Vietnamese coffee as well.

I’m someone who likes to bring a book and spend some time at a cafe while trying different drinks, so the only thing I personally wish was a little different is the atmosphere. The grey, garage-style decor isn’t quite my cozy-cafe aesthetic 🙈, but that’s completely a personal preference and definitely doesn’t take away from how good the drinks and service are.

“Gotta give it five stars for being such a solid vegan lunch option in this neighborhood which is otherwise lacking. Really great chickpea sandwich and Americano. Also love that they sell fresh bread! The chocolate buckwheat cookie is perfect for those of us who like sweets on the more salty side.

A bit pricey but good portions. I only ate half of my sandwich and saved the rest for later.

I have to add though that it looks like they no longer have beer and wine which I was disappointed to learn! If they were open until like 8 or 9 and I could get a glass of wine in the evening I would legit come here like 3-4x a week“

“FINALLY!! I've been on a trek through Alaska, Canada and now here in Seattle. I am not a coffee drinker but do enjoy hot chocolate on a brisk morning. Alas. I could not find a decent hot chocolate anywhere that didn't taste like steamed milk with chocolate powder ... until here! Creamy, sumptuous, delicious hot chocolate. “This coffee shop is located off of the main NW Market St. The store says that they have German and Chinese influences.

Tried the Shanghai fog - don’t think it has any caffeine in it but was delicious. It’s not overly sweet and had a soft creamy taste. Definitely one of the more successful variations on the London Fog

Lines can get pretty long on weekends and I think that’s mainly due to the fact that there is only one person at the cashier and the staff didn’t seem to be in any rush to get through the line. Worth a short wait if you’re in the neighborhood~“

K introduced me to the Earl Grey Lavender Latte, and it has become my absolute favorite drink. It's unique, perfectly balanced, and now something I look forward to every visit.

“We purchased a bag of custom ground coffee and a cup of hot coffee. This place has lots of seating inside and out, and all of it was just about accounted for when we visited on a weekday. “One of my favorite coffee shops! The latte is always delicious, and everyone here is so friendly. I used to study at the nearby library and would come here for a latte whenever I needed a break. Such a cozy place with lots of good memories for me. And here’s a little secret — they also have one of my favorite books, Spirited Away. That makes this place even more special to me.
