I stop at Herkimer every time I have to roll through Phinney. Cold brew and a chocolate chip cookie, neither disappoint. Staff is always professional and friendly, and the queue can get long but the team does amazing work to burn down the line without making customers feel unwelcome or rushed.Parking: Street parking, there's little to none no matter what time of day it is. Clean, well lit, and consistently good coffee, friendly staff too. Their roast is light, so many flavors across the varieties. I like dark roast as well, but just calling this out. Good place...and many customers make the place a busy store. Great location to meet people and check out Phinney Ridge life, plus walking distance to other nice places like Ben's Breads. Only drawback is the volume of customers can make it difficult to get a table.

Herkimer! First off, the coffee is outstanding. You can see that magnificent roasting machine is right there in the shop. The magical bean smell lifts your heels 2 inches off the ground. I’m a simpleton and the drip coffee does it for me every time. Although I change it up between their blend, Kenya and Ethiopia varieties. Yum yum!
