Phe has the best coffee and matcha. The cafe itself is beautiful and clean. I love the ambiance. The staff are very friendly and helpful as well!
My favorite spot in town for matcha and coffee. The quality and service are both consistently great, and even though there can be pretty long lines on weekends, they usually move quickly.

The best matcha in Seattle!! And amazing vegan food options! Just wish you had vegan cream top for us vegans and lactose intolerant people. Highly recommend 💚

Phê is a restaurant with modern and minimal vibes. The matcha latte is considered the best in Seattle, with a strong, delicious, rich, and good flavor. The black sesame coffee is a favorite and recommended drink. The cream on the coffee drinks is really good, not too sweet, balanced, and has good flavor. However, the coffee flavor in these drinks does not come out very strong; it is more the cream and less the coffee. The team works fast, but the wait time can be a little long on the weekend. Overall, the flavors are pretty good and absolutely delicious.
