I just watched the staff call the police on a guy because he looked homeless and was reading a newspaper. The guy wasn't causing any kind of disturbance and I'm deeply bothered that they would do that. I'm not coming here again.
Was told no bathroom available and to go 3 blk away at park within 5 minutes code was given to other more deserving customers who happen to not be HOMELESS! Thanks a lot Starbucks ur welcoming atmosphere is UNDERWHELMING AND JUST PLAIN SUCKS!
Dirty. Stuff all over the floor. Spilled coffee on the tables that no employees could be bothered with cleaning. Frankly, I was appalled
