I got the Brûlée Tea again because I enjoyed it last time! It was sweet but not overly so, but the boba was on the soft side, so this was a weak 5 star experience, but the boba was better last time, so I plan on coming back.
Tea addicts is super close to Roosevelt hs. Parking can vary with school hours. Usually there's lots of street/ neighborhood parking. Sometimes the garage is open to park. This place has wifi for those looking to study. I came here to just hang and catch up with friends. I got the brown sugar with creme brûlée and boba 75% sugar and 50% ice. Honestly really great! Would have been great without boba. Overall really good. I haven't tried anything else in terms of drinks or food...read full review

I really liked it! I went there with my friend during a free period and i got the rose yukult decaf refresser! It was really good and they let me get it without yogurt and i got some jelly in it. Jelly was a little chewy but idk if thats normal or not but still was tasty! Not bad price for a big drink. Going again soon.
