June 2023 - We are regulars.. my kid loves their mango sticky rice and we like their pad kraprao & drunken noodles. UPDATE Jan 2026 2 stars - their prices increased a lot and serving quantity has reduced drastically - lesser veggies and portions sizes - charging quite a lot for extra veggies (which once was just 3-4 sprouts added). And I see they are demanding tipping over above the high price of each dish. No improvement in the dish. Not good ethics by the owner. Not sure how the employees are treated/paid.

Thai Trio is one of my favorite restaurants in all of Washington. I just happened upon it one day and now it's my go to place. I have to seriously limit myself to once a week so I don't spend all of my money here. My favorite dish is the salt and pepper pork belly. I tried to make it at home and still haven't found how to make it taste as good as they make it. The flavors are amazing.
For the drink, I get the very milky strawberry banana and my husband gets the Thai iced tea which we both love.
Speaking of my husband, we just got married in October and actually went here after our marriage license signing to celebrate. It was the perfect end and delicious cap to our day.
The people here are also always really nice and always up to chat. It feels like a family vibe.
I've already highly recommended this place to friends so I'm doing the same for anyone else that's reading this.
One day I'll move on from the pork belly and try something else but for now, I'll stick to it till I'm tired of it.

Everything we tried was so delicious and will definitely go back. The staff are super nice, the restaurant is very clean and the menu has good options. The Thai Chicken Rice looks simple but has such nice flavor. I'm so glad I ordered it. The Yuzu Honey Lemon drink was really refreshing. We loved the sticky mango rice also.

Absolutely terrible we are super upset. I was expecting a good pleasant drinking experience. I ordered the super milky strawberry drink- to my avail they were out of boba???! So I said no worries, lychee will do. I’ve never hated a drink more and genuinely it was two inches from the top, so I didn’t even get my moneys worth. Overall super disappointing and expensive experience, will not be back.

I always stop by this place after school and it's become an amazing space to just hang out and have a meal. I've tried almost all the items on the menu and enjoy them all, I can't even have a regular order because I'm craving something different everyday! The service is always perfect and the space is very comfortable and inviting. I definitely recommend trying something out here and if I had to put a specific dish on blast, my favorite is their Thai fried rice :))

I usually order from this place and the food is consistently good. The only issue I’ve ever had is that pickup sometimes takes a bit longer than expected, but I understand that because I’ve worked in restaurants myself. However, today I ordered a 1-star spicy Pad See Ew and it was extremely spicy. I always order 1 star from this restaurant, so I know exactly what their usual level is, and this was far beyond that. I tried to eat it, but it was simply not possible for me.
I called to let them know and see if there was anything we could do, but I was told they couldn’t help because spicy tolerance varies from person to person. While that’s true, this wasn’t a matter of tolerance; the dish was clearly prepared much spicier than their usual 1-star level. Consistency is important, especially when customers order the same dish every time.
It was disappointing, and unfortunately I won’t be ordering again.
Edit: Also, the portion size has changed a lot. They’re using a much smaller container now but charging the same price
RESPONSE TO OWNER: What I got yesterday was nothing like what I’ve consistently received before. The spice level was way off, and the portion was clearly smaller than usual no matter what container you say you use. I’m not going to switch to “not spicy at all” when 1-star has always been fine until now. My feedback comes from multiple past orders.
I don’t have any interest in ordering again. You’ve lost a customer.

I tried this place on a whim when we were in the area, and I was amazed at how good the food and service was! The servers were so attentive, kind and caring. The food was SO fresh and tasted great. It 4/5 stars was actually spicy! The second time, I ordered delivery off doordash after a super long day. The order didn't arrive on time, but then the restaurant called me apologetically saying doordash cancelled without notifying them and that they would deliver it themselves. It was so kind! I'm so excited there is finally a good place to eat in Sammamish!
