I had an uncomfortable and poor experience at the Habit Burger in Sammamish. The burgers were not fresh and were poorly made tasted very well done and dry - the inside was dirty and the Hispanic lady who was making the burgers kept looking at my child and I while we were eating and it was uncomfortable and rude to just stare mindlessly at us. Not sure if she was hungry or was on watching us eating but I’ve never had that experience anywhere else. I have been to Habit burgers in Issaquah and Shoreline and have had much fresh and tastier burgers and a better environment.

Like someone else commented a month ago, I too am experiencing food poisoning after eating a Char burger and fries/onion rings.
I got the meal through doordash and was hoping to be able to save some of it for lunch tomorrow. But instead I have to throw it away after experiencing bad cramps and, I won't get into details... I was sick from the food.
I do not recommend this place at all.

I kinda like to taste the meat of my burger. The amount of stuff added to this burger and the one of my companion made me wonder what it was they were trying to hide. Great bacon though. Kiosks to order. Lots of seats. Pretty typical at this point. There was an employee cleaning off tables, that's more than many places.

Growing up in Southern California, I have eaten at many Habit restaurants and had many great meals. I was quite pleased when I saw they arrived in Sammamish several years back. Each time, however, that I eat at this location, I feel that the food doesn't hit the mark. Today's fries were cold, and my burger patty was too salty. I keep coming back, hoping that it will be bette, but have not had that result and may stop trying.

I really like The Habit but the Sammamish location really needs to work on quality control. I always get the Chicken Club, but three orders ago they forgot the avocado and today they forgot the bacon. It’s very frustrating to not realize they messed up until I get home with my order. And I hate that I now feel like I have to thoroughly inspect my order every time!

Our order had to be corrected twice, we still received the wrong fries side. We also weren't given our receipt. We also found a small piece of metal in our food. Don't eat here, they're so neglectful it's dangerous!

This place considers itself a slightly upscale mcdonalds with prices to match. It's not all that much of an upgrade from McDonald's food wise if at all. They are also considerably slower.
Hours are wrong, they close at 10p. Edit to add: I’ve never ever ever had a bad experience at any other Habit location and I started going to these when I live in AZ. These are the best burgers ever. Just…not at THIS location lol
