I visited last week and I think the place needs improvement with the management and with the burger that they serve. I heard good things that is why I tried but I was disappointed because they had my order wrong. I will still give them a visit once I had the chance hoping for improvement.

A surprise up on the plateau and in excellent alternative to pre-made instant burgers. A wide diversity of hamburger options that are cooked there on the site actually seasoned well. Was surprised and extremely happy

Ordered two double chard burgers and two onion rings and fries. Got one double char and one single char and about three onion rings for two orders. 95% french fries. Ridiculous for $30 plus.

This place needs better management. Seems like the only thing they are interested in when ordering is to upsell you on cheese. They don’t listen to you when you order so you have to repeat yourself over again multiple times. This is not a one time experience but rather something fairly consistent. The fix is more care taken when training new employees and remind them that a positive interaction with a customer is just as important as the food being served.
Burger has no flavor whatsoever, just tastes like lettuce with a hint of beef. Onions do not come through at all in the burger, fries are ok but lacking salt, onion rings are delicious. Definitely would not come here again.

No clue why this isn’t rated higher - I’m from out of town, but we thought it was great when we visited today! Service was fast and friendly and the food was excellent. Their ranch dressing is homemade, really good, and was no charge to add - that’s elite for a fast food place like this.

I used to live local and have moved out of state, anytime I’m back in town I go here for food—far above any other fast food quality. Ashley took my order and helped me. She was working front and back running the whole show. Was very impressed with the food as well as her professionalism and efficiency!
