We ordered for delivery and the delivery kept getting pushed back- I tried to call shop to get an answer multiple times and no one answered. Tried to text driver nothing. Pizza was 40minutes late and cold. $90 of waste.

Pros: Food is mostly tasty. They sometimes have some good specials and coupons. Cons: For delivery, it’s expensive even with the specials, and there’s a 50-50 chance that they’ll somehow mess up your delivery order and then not fix it — after you’ve already prepaid for delivery and tip. Within our last four orders 1) once they neglected to include a salad, so I had to drive to go pick it up after I’d already paid a delivery fee and tip, and 2) another time they delivered the wrong pizza and wouldn’t fix it or offer any type of discount or refund (and again, I’d prepaid for delivery and tip). It isn’t the end of the world, but it’s a terrible overall value when you pay a hefty total price for a delivery order that they mess up and won’t fix. I don’t think I’ll ever order delivery from them again, although I’d consider ordering takeout so I can double check my order and tip them appropriately after confirming that the order is actually correct and complete. The kicker is that parking is terrible in their Sammamish location, such that takeout also isn’t a great option. The Issaquah location is probably a better overall choice.

They don't answer their phone, so any customizations to your $60 single-pizza + bread stick order via UberEats are most likely to be too late. Our change was simple: make that 1-topping pizza into half cheese/half pepperoni.
Called immediately when order was submitted—4 rings, voicemail—that's fine, wait a minute and try again—4 rings, voicemail—damn those guys must be swamped, give it 2 minutes and retry—4 rings, voicemail—ok, once last try—2 rings, finally an answer!
I quickly gave my name, ordering platform, type of pizza, and the change. "It's too late, it's already in the oven, nothing we can do ??♂️" I guess if someone had answered the phone instead of immediately building and firing that online order, or if Zeeks configured their UberEats to allow a brief customization note like Zeeks own app allows (but I can't use, since they won't deliver to me from their own app... ok), or they just added half and half items to the UberEats menu instead of just their app menu, …many ways this could've gone better.
I bothered spending literally $60 on a 1-topping pizza that isn't even what both of us wanted because it's yard work day, we're sweaty, dirty, and busy, and the luxury of overpriced delivery makes sense… it's just too bad I'm now left resenting one of my local staples because they customer experience of delivery has become so fragmented and poor.
I just want to note: yeah, food service gets busy, and speed of processing orders is important, and there aren't enough staff—competing priorities, certainly. I don't want to fault the shop workers for being too efficient, I just wish I didn't pay so much to get not quite what we wanted and I've honestly never had trouble reaching the Redmond or Sammamish locations before. Part of what I'll do in the future is call ahead of placing the order to specify any needed modifications so there is no risk of being unreachable. But ideally, the ordering experience would just be improved (through simple menu configuration changes) and I'd never have to bother the staff in the first place.

So I thought I would try their pizza. First off is sticker shock on the price. Then it’s time to try my wife’s favorite, Vegetarian with no tomato’s. Crust is different, thick and chewy but not great but not bad, then there’s the kicker! All of the toppings are minced, diced and no longer resembles sliced vegetables. Close to a second mortgage and very disappointed with Zeeks should be premium Pizza.

This restaurant is pretty much pickup only. It was easy to order online, park and pick up. We were able to order a half and half pizza online.

Bunch of rude kids working there. No empathy. No apologies. This would be my last time ordering there.

Pizza ingredients are good but they overbake it and the service is awful. Add 15 minutes to any time estimate they give you and hope they got your order right.
Partner loves the woodcutter pizza
Not a bad pizza carryout /delivery option. However, pricey and service is just ok.

Have luved Zeeks Pizza in general. However this particular location has immense problems with staff. We ordered a pizza, it was completely uncooked (one could feel the dough, with same feedback from all family & friend who ate). Called the store, store associate was very rude and fails to accept their fault there on. Highly disrespectful as well when we showed up to the store telling talking totally different thing. Will never order from this location from now.
Had a great pickup experience here. It looks like they are also giving out free delivery bags to uber drivers which is pretty cool. Win win for everyone. Drivers get a bag they can reuse, Zeek's gets the free advertising, customers get their pie piping hot. Fantastic. Thank you Zeeks.

Normally a big fan of this place. But we've had a few rough experiences recently. One example:We received the wrong pizza. Oh well, mistakes happen, not a big deal. I called and the guy said "sorry about that mix up, we have your pizza right here. We can get it out to you in 30-45 minutes". Ridiculous amount of time to fix a screw up, especially when they didn't need to cook a new pizza. When the delivery driver dropped the correct pizza off, they left it on our doorstep without knocking or ringing the doorbell. The pizza sat on the ground outside for probably 15 minutes before I randomly checked. Needless to say the pizza was cold. Not sure what's going on there. It looks like they recently switched to using doordash, Uber, etc for delivery, which is probably a contributing factor in the decline in customer service. Maybe they'll bring their delivery back in house and it'll improve?
I made a delivery order and when it arrived, a major part of the order was missing. Because Zeeks has completely outsourced their delivery to third party services, the driver had no clue what was going on and the store had closed by the time my order arrived so there's no way to rectify the situation. There's no way to contest this through the delivery service because I didn't order it through them. So as of now, I've been charged for items I never received. This is incredibly poor service and I will not order from Zeeks again.
They have gone fully downhill. Won't eat there again. And it's $40 for a large!
