This is truly the best of Seabeck, tucked back behind the Seabeck Store on the boardwalk. A beautiful curation of fresh local flavors paired with a variety of spirits, from microbrews to some of the very best hard cider options from our local craftsman, it brings culinary joy to all who find themselves at Barbie's. The charming space has indoor, covered outdoor and deck seating, with a view of one of the most beautiful PNW locations imaginable. The Eggs Benedict is fabulous, and the Blueberry Lemon Ricotta Pancake is to die for. The vanilla pancakes are the best pancakes ever tasted. A breakfast plate comes out fresh, hot, and simple in the best way—eggs cooked right, hash browns crispy, and toast served warm. The coffee is solid and kept coming. The staff of ever smiling and friendly ladies are always eager to serve, and the team and service are always spot on. Friendly, hospitable, and welcoming, with old vibe music playing, this amazing hidden gem is worth stopping at near Seabeck on the weekend.
