After getting a gift certificate from a benefit auction I attempted to redeem it. I was wanting to pick it up since I live local but was unable to reach anyone by phone over 2 days of calling, then decided to just ship to the destination I was traveling to, to only find out via an email (from an address different from the business email) that the day they were to ship my order (2 days after placing it) was canceled stating they could no longer fill my order rather than see if I would like other items sent instead (which i would have went with oysters) will supposely be refunded. Would love to continue to support my locals but this place severely lacks customer service. I will stick with Nelson's crab, brady's, merinos seafood or seafood connection for my future seafood purchases.

I loved this experience. The food was plentiful and delicious, and the drinks were reasonable! I also liked that I could swing the cost without blowing my budget too badly. My only suggestion would be to include some music next time. Thank you for doing this!

I have gotten oysters from them about several times in town pick up during the Covid. I really enjoyed them. This time, I placed an order during the Black Friday sale to be shipped out for Dec.18th. But there was a mixed up and I got the box a week early. It was affecting my dinner plan for the Holiday. I emailed them and since it has already shipped out, they offered me another set for my original requested date to make it possible with my plan for family !
What a great customer service, and ended up special Xmas gift for me. This company is not only providing good products, but also fantastic customer service !
If you are thinking about ordering oysters online in WA, this is it ! I highly recommend ordering from Shoalwater seafood !

My daughter bought us a year’s membership for 3 dozen oysters each month. When they had a heat wave and the oysters died, we were patient and understood. They gave her a partial credit and now ignore any correspondence. Now they have changed their name and continue to do business. Run people!! These are not credible business owners!!!

Edit: found the special they mentioned and was able to purchase 4 dozen oysters. The oysters always are amazing!! Thankful for the specials!!Once the name change went in effect the prices went up. I have been a customer for years. Took advantage of every delivery at Vancouver location. I had orders in prior to covid. I supported and understood every delay because of it. Good to see your back but because of the serious price increase I cannot continue supporting you! ?

Heard about WSS through a facebook ad last year, and figured I'd try it out. They have the freshest oysters and clams i have ever had, restaurant quality! Ive picked up oysters half a dozen times now, and every time they have been incredibly helpful and friendly. These oysters have been so good that ive brought them to work to share with coworkers, and recommended WSS to several friends.

I ordered Friday was told that they would ship on Monday with 18-24 hr delivery that would put it at Tuesday delivery. I have not received my order check with FedEx and they never gave them my order. Tried calling and get recording told to send email I do that and they take forever to respond felt like they just pushed me off. It stated right on the FedEx site that they haven’t received my package so …. I love raw oysters I eat them all the time and I figured I would give them a try and I’m waiting for my order to arrive late with spoiled oysters.
