Exceptional food and staff. We ate dinner at The Wandering Goose for the first time and wow, amazing portions, food quality, service, and a Gus, the humongous dog that greets guests. I had the wedge salad with a very flavorful buttermilk dressing and pieces of delicious candied bacon. My husband enjoyed a cup of razor clam chowder and fried chicken. Bring your appetite! Absolutely the best restaurant I have ever been to — and I’ve been around and I’m 72! Gorgeous exterior. Fascinating warm comfy friendly interior. Incomparable service and service people. Awesome views of Willapa Bay. Slow dining, savoring the reading of the menu, waiting for it to arrive and then a big smile and diving in!
