While the $23 Bloody Mary was average, the $23 ham and cheese omelette was terrible. The eggs were browned and rubbery vs light and fluffy. The $3.5 up charged cheese grits weren’t warm enough to melt the scant amount of cheese thrown on top. Lastly, imagine getting a bad cup of coffee in Seattle?!

The worst service I've ever experienced. They want you to order through the app, knowing it has glitches, then treat you like its your fault that a server never comes to the table to ask anything. Also the app auto charges you with a 22% gratuity. Also my order came out wrong twice, and the server acted like it was my fault.

$30 dollars for a Pinot Grigio and terrible service, never again! Feeling exploited... I asked the price and the waiter didn't answer me, he only asked if it was small or large, when the bill came 29.99 I think they should explain the price right and be more cordial, I never set foot in this place again, I saw several customers being disrespected with the rude attitude of the attendants. I didn't like it! I find a better place the Village pub much better! Cordial customer service and 14 one glass of Pinot Grigio! Acceptable for an airport!

This place had the worst food I've ever eaten. I know that sounds hyperbolic but, nope. I got a few rotten bites of potato, the eggs tasted shockingly like paint, the drink I had lacked flavor so hard it only tasted like straight sugar. My expectations for an airport are already low, but oh my god?! Fifty bucks wasted on an egregious excuse for a breakfast. Like it was so gross I wasn't able to stomach it. I didn't think scrambled eggs could be messed up this badly. I am in sheer awe of how bad this was.

Service was excellent. Breakfast was meh. Prices were… well, we were at the airport IN SEATTLE, so… let’s just say dem prices were a bit steep. The value was not quite there. Anyway… I was expecting a slightly better quality of bacon (silly me), and wifey’s avocado toast was not very good. But, again, services was lovely.
Absolutely, by far the worst service I’ve ever had, and I’m not the only one. I sat at the bar for 15 minutes being ignored by all 4 staff members. A couple sat down after me and left after 10 minutes. Another lady sat down and walked out as well. Nobody even made eye contact with me or anyone else who came to the bar after me. I finally asked the dishwasher to get the manager and when the manager came out he was just as rude as the bartenders. He approached me and said “what’s the problem”. This kind of service is crazy, they weren’t that busy and could barely use being understaffed as an excuse because there were 4 of them. The 2.4 stars here and the 2.3 stars on yelp truly reflect the exact service I and so many others received.

Do not go here. Go basically anywhere else. The hot honey chicken I got was lukewarm (likely unsafely so) and was the toughest meat imaginable and the fries were super bland. The marketed specialty coffee, but it tasted burnt and came out of a touch machine, not an espresso machine. For $28 the quality of what I got was unacceptable. It *maybe* would have been ok if it were less than $10 and the sandwich were actually hot. I *hate* wasting food and had to throw this away because of how unpalatable it was.

Came in it was close to food being done being served so they rushed me into ordering, which is understandable, The Nuevos rancheros’s absolute garbage $25 Dollars for scrambled patty basic egg corn shell Tiny tiny pieces of avocado and a little sprinkle of cheese and salsa kind of gross. I couldn’t even eat it. Potatoes were good though
