Absolutely horrendous service. I ordered a salad and glass of wine. Wine arrived after 10 mins. When I hadn’t received my salad after 30 mins I let a server know (calmly, politely, I should mention). He gave me attitude and said he’d check on it. I finally received the salad 40+ mins after ordering it.

The slow service would be unacceptable at any restaurant, much less an overpriced airport restaurant.

Because of this menu by phone, the workers have no incentive to interact with you. I scanned, ordered a beer, and waited 20 minutes for someone to mosy on over and decide to check the screen for orders. All that, and the system auto charges a tip if you don't go back in and close out. I purchased my beer initially, so why would I need to go back in??

I generally kind of like QR code ordering because you can leave when you want….so I did use the QR code. It was less than half full here…it took over 20 minutes to get fries. The table next to me was treated extremely rudely (they were elderly and couldn’t use the QR code). Wouldn’t eat here again

Service is slow. Tables are dirty and I had to clean my own table. The QR code gives you 40 minutes from the time you order unti you leave to close out your tab or else it will close automatically and forcefully add a 22% tip to your bill.

My breakfast sandwich was cold all the way through. The toast was soft and soggy, cold eggs, cold bacon, cold everything. The tater tots were also cold. The food pretty much matched the temperature of soda. Yuck.

The worst service I’ve had in a long time. The bartender definitely doesn’t wanna be here, I ordered through the app. Then tried to eat and get another beer, but he never came back to order so I just left…

Pros: Coffee hot and strong. Food quality and portions decent for airport food.
Cons: QR code ordering annoying. Server slow and forgot to bring sugar and cream out with coffee.

In a Airport, couldn't get service for about an 45 minutes, had to ask two times for searve, so I could order $ 30 hamburger with fries.
Never received the food after waiting othe 20 minutes.
Plane was leaving had to go!
Will avoid every time I fly through Seattle again!

Dined on 9/19/2025 with a group of 4. I ordered with the QR code but my phone number was incorrect so my order did not go through. They were very good about getting my food reordered but I had to pay again assuming my first order was null. I have now been charged twice and there is no phone number to call the restaurant so I have to go through the hassle of disputing with my credit card.

Nice, relaxing way to wait for our flight ✈️. Good breakfast. We had to scan menu, order & pay thru our phone. Not very personal, however changing times. We prefer our server taking our order as well a delivering it. He was pleasent however.
