Make sure that you do not use the scanning app or if you do use the scanning app before you leave. Make sure that your bill is closed out. Or you will get a 22% gratuity charge. And I asked when I left, if I was closed out, they said yes, and then it hit me with that extra charge. And I went back, and they told me that they couldn't do anything about it. So I wouldn't go here, they're scamming, you
If you're actually expecting any beer from the Ballard brew district look elsewhere, only one on the menu. Food and drink both overpriced for what you get, even by airport standards.
I enjoyed a tasty & healthy breakfast, delightful Cranberry Mule cocktail, and excellent service on a peaceful patio that faced my boarding gate — I was happy as a clam!
My pleasant morning experience there was in December 2025.

In my long history of reviewing resturaunts on Google i believe this will be my first 1 star review. How disappointing. I expected prices to be high as it's at the air port, but $30 for a burger with cheese and a tiny basket of fries? Outrageous. They also charge $14 and change for a single beer, which I passed. The gentleman next to me reported having paid $20 for a bloody Mary cocktail. You already lose 2 stars for that. The other two fell off when I bit into my food. Completely unseasoned. I don't mean under I mean zero, on both the burger and the fries. Salt and pepper were at the table atleast, but adding them after the fact doesn't integrate the flavor as well as seasoning while cooking. The tomato slice was also very soggy, veggies in general didn't seem fresh. Would give it a zero if I could. I would reccomend a packaged sandwich from Starbucks or anywhere else before going here for food before your flight. Any of the cheapest fast food places in town absolutely wipe the floor with this place. I'd have been happier with a mcdouble for my same $30.

Don't waste your time. The place looks cool but the service is terrible and the QR code to order does not work. Waiter saw me walk in and sit down, walked past me 3 times and didn't stop to say a word. After about 10 minutes I walked out and got something to eat from the convenience store. I got better service at the convenience store than I did in the restaurant.

I automatically charged me for a tip 5 times. Beware! Make sure your tab is settled before leaving the restaurant.

Food came with random black hair. No way to edit their 22% tip - going to checkout doesn't provide an option after clicking pay now to select a tip. My experience didn't warrant any tip.

Skip the BLT. It literally was bacon bits on white bread toast. Throw in a Diet Pepsi and a tip and it’s $33! Total joke. Skip this place.

Incredibly overpriced and only 4 beers on tap - at a brew hall? Stupid.

Had a nice breakfast at the Ballard brew hall in SeaTac right before a recent flight on October 18th at 8:18 in the morning. The sandwich was perfect and the server competent and friendly.

This place has declined dramatically! No service what so ever, you order on an app and they drop off your food, good luck getting a coffee refill. They close your tab and automatically hit you with a 22% tip before you finish eating. Their “breakfast potatoes” are grocery store tater tots and the food is fast food quality at best.
