To claim “We only feature____free of” anything bad, and serve wine in plastic cups is the height of hypocrisy.

$$$ but their world's best Mac N' Cheese was worth it , even if the best Mac N' Cheese is baked but what do IK , It was extremely delicious, Creamy and A great Contender for Its Title. Plus the nice ladies have perfect service etiquette.

This is the best cheese in the country, not just Seattle. You can't go wrong with anything that has cheese in it. But the grilled cheese sandwiches, no matter which one you get are all amazing. Make sure you ask for some tomato soup with the sandwich(es) and add cheese to the soup! The Mac and cheese is the best you'll have anywhere. Buy some of their blocks of cheese to take home, and they sell mini coolers to keep them cool on your flight! You're welcome! ?❤️?

The food here is good but what was really endearing was how clear it was that the workers here all seemed to be happy to be there, a rarity for an airport eatery.

Right across from C gate, which was where we needed to be, Beecher’s was convenient. But I was super surprised with the food. My husband and I split the Grilled Turkey, which came with salad, and large Mac & Cheese. It was all so good, I could have licked paper plates if I wouldn’t have been in public. This is now our mandatory go-to place to eat!

Stopped for lunch on our way to the C gates, so glad we did! Hubby & I split a large Mac&Cheese and Turkey sandwich (came with a yummy salad). Perfect lunch …with a couple of beers! The service was excellent, fast and super friendly. Highly recommend!

Great cheese, horrible breakfast sandwich. Honestly, it might’ve been the worst breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had (and I’ve had many). It’s embarrassing when McDonalds has far better quality egg instead of whatever spongy egg loaf they sliced to put on this sandwich.Beecher’s cheese is a Seattle classic, so I had hoped their $13 sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich would knock my socks off. Unfortunately, my socks are still firmly on my feet. The sandwich is basically their grilled cheese, with chicken sausage and “seasoned egg” added. The bread was high quality, the sandwich was griddled perfectly, and cheese was gooey-melty. That’s where the good stops. The egg was spongey, watery, and lacked any egg flavor, and was coated in an odd seasoning mix. Because of the texture and perfectly square shape, I honestly thought it was tofu at first. The egg also didn’t even cover most of the bread. The sausage was a heap of very finely chopped sausage crumbles that were dry and flavorless other than the fennel (an odd choice for a breakfast sandwich but I digress).

Tomato soup was good but Tuna Melt was not what I expected a $12 sandwich to be. I’m always in SeaTac and this was the first time I’ve had a chance to eat here. Tuna Melt I received just had tuna no “Just Jack” or anything listed on the description. I didn’t ask for any changes in the sandwich and most are premade so not sure where the disconnection was. Probably won’t be trying again. Not worth the price. I do remember that one of the sandwiches fell apart in their griddle. Hoping it wasn’t mine but now thinking it was. Should have just replaced it and not scraped it together.

Pretty disappointed with what I received ? For Beecher’s, I’d expect a better product. Their sausage breakfast sandwiches are worse that McDonald’s IMO. The quality was lacking and just… yuck. Could barely finish my sandwich. Get a prepackaged something or just the Mac n cheese if you’re here. Or just Get breakfast elsewhere. The staff was nice, however they did forget a couple items on my order and messed one up. They quickly fixed it, so I thank them for that ?

Beecher’s has high quality and portable food in Concourse C at Seatac. I’d choose them again if eating at the airport.I grabbed a pre-made smoked turkey and chutney sandwich and ordered a cup of tomato soup to go with it. It was about $20 for both. The soup had house-made croutons and sharp cheese on top. It was not hot enough for my preferences, but the flavor was outstanding. The croutons were very crunchy and the sharp cheese a nice addition. Had the soup been hotter it would be 5 stars - I’d come back just for that soup! The dark, whole grain style bread that the sandwich was served on was soft and fresh. The sandwich was slightly sweet, not discernibly smokey, and lacked the zing I’d expect from the “chutney” in the description. Even so, I expect it’s better than 90% of pre-made sandwiches at the airport. Next time I come back I’d chose a grilled sandwich instead and more of that soup!

Lovely staff but can't keep orders straight so that priority order is kept. I stood around for about 20 minutes and still hadn't received a simple grilled cheese sandwich while others that had ordered the same thing kept getting theirs. First started getting apologies and then the defensive excuses started. Manager had to come over to give me a proper refund and didn't even ask me what the problem was.
