The matcha is a straight up sugary milk shake. I couldn’t taste any hint of grassy dirt to make me think that matcha has any health benefit. Don’t get fooled into thinking that it’s highbrow by the foreign name and silent vowel.

The waitress here was upset at me for not wanting to buy a pint at 4:00 AM. I ordered espresso and holy crap was it terrible, tasted so burnt felt like I was licking an ashtray.
Waitress also overcharged me, she said the espresso was $4.00 then proceeds to charge me $6.62.
The only redeeming quality is that it's separated from most of the airport's busy environment.

Coffee tasted like an ashtray. Bought it, threw the entire medium drink in the the first trash can I could find. Revolting.
Had a white chocolate macadamia w coconut milk.

Definitely get the matcha tea mixed with oat milk! They make it perfectly blended and by far one of the best matcha teas I’ve had. I’m actually going to get a second cup before boarding. Highly recommend! Also they have a seating area and great customer service. No complaints here.

They only have 1 vegan option, but it was actually pretty good. I love a pizza 🍕 Updated from previous review on 2025-12-17

The kind lady (sorry for not getting her name) who gave me a big cup of hot water is the best.

Burned croissant sandwich, forgot my coffee, lots of staff but they were messing up even simple orders. It wasn't even busy.

Their croissants are from Costco. Pretty disappointing to pay $5.00 for a croissant that is from Costco
The most pitiful excuse for a Margherita pizza known to mankind! Zero basil, what!

Some amazing boba here. Obviously good as was super busy. Staff was very friendly. Yes it's expensive but everything in SeaTac is. Might as well pay for something that is good unlike horrible tasting Starbucks.

A busy little café. They offer seasonal specials—in fall, it was ginger spice lattes and teas. You can order using a self-serve kiosk, which is convenient. I got a grilled chicken wrap—it was super tasty and surprisingly affordable at $15.
