Caffé D'arte

Despite traveling on 3 continents for the last 3 years it's been a long time since I felt bad about a purchase . Layover from Hawaii to Lax in Seattle brought me to Caffe Duarte for first time and guaranteed for last time.
Airport prices are expected but 14$ small sandwiches and 5$ stale pastries not really not looking to please your palate only to empty your pockets..
My 8$ latte was bitter and not even full so I went to the counter to get a bit of milk added ... was immediately prompted to pay 1.10$ which felt almost as heavy as a slap not by the fact they charge for their shortcoming but by the way I was told ... customer satisfaction is not on their list of concerns and lack of respect for the customers will ensure I'll avoid them at all costs for the foreseeable future and so should anyone - THEY DON'T DESERVE TO STAY IN BUSINESS
Of course no manager available and after reading other reviews looks like would not have made a difference anyway ...
You can say whatever you want about Starbucks but after hundreds of coffees there never had an experience like this and a bad tasting coffee , few times they got it wrong were happy to assist and fix it

I got a mushroom sandwich which wasn't good, they don't even slice the mushroom and the only thing I could taste was balsamic dressing. Besides that I also bought food there cause wifi and the wifi just stopped to work every 5 minutes. super annoying.

Gave me the wrong order. I ordered a Turkey club and they gave me something with ham and tomato. I hate ham and tomato but of course I was already on the airplane. The sticker on the outside of the container was for my Turkey Club with No Tomato had my name. So why would I think it wasn’t mine. They need better quality control.

Jb and the manager unprofessional they pass customer on. When they call you in the morning in line the they wait for the next person to take your order. They kept doing that to me requested to speak with manager he kept yelling very rude the manager was just as bad!!

I've had their pizza several times, it's very very good. However, my most recent experience left me hungry after waiting 25minutes they had not even started making my food. I had to go so I could catch my flight. Caution to the wise don't go here unless you have absolutely no limits on your time availability. Employees were personable but exceedingly slow. Not suitable for a time critical environment like an airport. I will not be returning.

For some inexplicable reason, they were playing dubstep at 4 in the morning. Food was okay.

Best place, in my opinion, in gate N to get any quality delicious food or a tasty beverage. The service was great, and my mocha frappe was delicious. The pizzas and the penne alfredo looked delicious. The sandwiches look good, too. I saw everyone's food as I was enjoying my tasty beverage, Waiting for my flight home .highly recommended. ?

Ordered food just before noon. I got the egg burrito on spinach tortilla. It is all I have eaten the entire day and I just (6pm Seattle time) got home and had it coming out both ends. I hate throwing up+ and I would never order from here again. So bummed about how upset my stomach is. I just want this to end.

This coffee shop serves pizza with soup and sandwiches. Surprisingly, the food here is quite tasty. On the downside, I would like to try the special coffee prepared in Italian style. Unfortunately, there is nothing unusual about their coffee drinks.
