Messed up my order 3 times in a row. I didn't realize vanilla latte was difficult... i usually go out of my for vita . Don't expect the usual service or quality at the airport
Nice to stop in for a quick coffee and in your way

Coffee was so hot I had to wait about 10 minutes to take a sip…which is when I realized they gave me drip coffee instead of the latte I paid for. I saw at least one other person get the wrong drink, seems like there are some kinks to work out.
Drip coffee was also not great, very bitter.

Coffee is so hot it’ll give you third-degree burns on your tongue.

Recommended dishes: Egg and Cheese Sandwich
The sugar-free latte was terrible. The ham, egg, and cheese croissant was given with the top half of the sandwich mangled.

Charge $1.45+tax for hot water
The Americano was hotter than the lava found in the inner depths of Mt. Rainer. Caffe Vita probably allowed this company to slap their name on the brand, hence the lack of quality control you would otherwise find in their Seattle locations. I asked for no room for creamer, and they still shorted me a couple Oz.

Bought the smoked turkey chutney sandwich. 1/4 tsp of chutney on it. I complained. She didn't care.

Coffee tastes machine made. Oversteamed milk too hot with no pour. Not great coffee overall, I expected better from this brand. I guess it's just airport food

What a bummer. For years, SeaTac had only production coffee, but then they got Caffe Vita at the C gates. Great coffee, and true cappuccinos. For a decade +/- I got coffee here in my routine flights, and always used my own cup, which is a must is I'm getting coffee away from home. This year, they moved to the N gates and, now, won't let me use my own cup. This is yet another example of SeaTac's culture of waste, despite green washing via recycling. No more Caffe Vita coffee for me. I'm sure they'll survive.

Barista refused to fill my clean Miir insulated mug. Don't think I've ever been to a coffee shop in Washington State that won't take reusable mugs. Not sure if it was a company policy or if this particular barista was making her own rules. I refused to support either way and found another coffee spot that will happily save the few cents on not needing to give me a cup and keep one more thing out of the landfill.

I love Café Vita, but the installation of automatic machines makes a very runny shot of espresso. C gates are closed so it’s only N gates now. ?

Starbucks? On your layover? Don't sink so low. This place is cheaper, better, and actually local.
