After reading these reviews, my food was at least very hot and edible, it did have 2 slices of turkey and some spinach on it and cost $16 dollars which is ridiculous. People seemed to say the sushi was bad on other posts, but I feel like I should have gotten that only because it looked fresh and not discolored when I was in there. It was $20 but you can see how much fish you get. I even tried to ask the cashier what sandwich was the best, sometimes they tell you what to avoid,...
Very short line near gate D5 made for quick service. I really liked my Havana cappuccino, but was sorely disappointed with the Cuban. It was only processed ham, a little pulled pork, flaccid pickles, and plain yellow mustard. The ciabatta was warm and likely the best part of the meal.
I understand that people are upset about the high prices here but I appreciate that they are able to provide this food at the airport beyond the security checkpoint. I know it is not easy to bring all this food deep into the airport pass the long lines and security check points with x-ray all the good food items. So the high price is also understandable. I would like lower prices, but I know there are extenuating circumstances like this. I just got a little something to tide me...
