Wow I didn't know you could mess up a burger this bad. I'm not that picky when it comes to burgers so I thought this would be a safe choice. The cheese and avocado are weird strangely flavored goops. There's no fresh ingredients at all, so don't expect lettuce/tomato/onion. Meat patty was ok. On top of this I had to wait 15 min for a burger... which would have been ok for something tasty but not this. Fries were good. The draft beer at Tap and Pour was great. The seating area is very nice and roomy. The screen-based ordering system was flawless. I guess based on that I'm increasing my rating from to . But I'll always remember the awful burger. Worst I've ever had, even counting overseas.

The food was on par with what was expected for an airport restaurant.ijadyue fish and chips and itseed fresh. The bar is a different story. Ihadan old fashioned for $21. Not top shelf (I didn't see any top shelf) . It's wasn't memorable other than the price. There are other choices and I suggest spendi g your time at a different airport restaurant.

It looks good and has a great environment, and looks like it will have good food until you get down to the details. I ordered the prime rib melt, which in the plasticty-looking sample, looked like it might be OK. After waiting in line for about 10 minutes, I placed the order at one area, and was told to pick it up at another. Total cost for the sandwich and a diet Pepsi was just over $21. The sandwich was wrapped when I picked it up, so I said thank you and went to find a place to sit down. It was busy, but I was surprised none of the tables or counters has outlets. Not a deal-breaker, but I really needed to charge my phone. I found a nice counter area, opened my sandwich, took one bite, and my senses were caught off guard. The prime rib wasn't sliced like the sample, but chucks you would put in stew and THEY WERE COLD! Not sure how they got melted cheese on cold meat. The mayonnaise was always funny, then I realized it was hot! I looked for the cheese, and what was there was melted onto the cold melt chunks. But some of the meat was warm, so I'm not sure how they achieved heating only some of the meat, but it didn't taste good. I look to see if I could take it back, but the line was again long, and I didn't feel like butting in front of others to complain nor did I have time to wait for another one, or for them to fix the one I had, so I tossed it and went somewhere else where they had grab and go. I was super disappointed.

We sat down and had to order our food through an app click to pay went up to verify that the payment went through and the gentleman working today said yes it went through. After 45 minutes of sitting there and no food and him Where is our food and he makes a comment that we did not pay and that we were not his customers that we were the other white Christmas customers this is ridiculous

"Tap and Pour" should change their name to "Tap and Poor" because that's what you'll be if you stop here. Assume they are a part of this adjacent food hall as I can't find them separately listed anywhere on yelp. Anyway, Tap and Pour charges over $13 for a beer and $21 for a Margarita. Worst of all, they don't show their drink prices anywhere in the bar, on their menu or the receipt after you have paid. Highly recommend walking on by this rip-off locale.

Was there for 7 mins. 19 times an employee passed me. Not acknowledged once. With that being said. I'm in the service industry. That would never happen in my business. When I said that I was leaving I got laughed at. Went back down the terminal, and got fantastic service. One drink and one sandwich. Left a $10 tip. You get what you serve.

The employees don’t know how to assist with the mandatory in app ordering, (which is not intuitive), resistant to answering questions or helping in general. My fish sandwich, side salad, fries and one beer were over $50 AND there was a hair in my food. Had to request a knife, dressing for my salad and extra ketchup from truculent bartender which never came, had to ask again from second bartender. Food not worth the price (!!!). Surly employees, awful atmosphere with negative attitudes!!! Worse airport experience ever.

Expensive, lack of flavoring, small portions and rude employees. From the outside this place looks decent however the old adage you can't judge a book by its cover is seriously into play here. We picked up a salad, wrap, cheese plate and pastries. The chicken Caesar was a huge disappointment in terms of flavor and it's something you can't finish even though you are still hungry. We almost had to eat it without a fork as the cashier said if there were no more forks then we were SOL. The wrap was disgusting because on appearance it looked appealing but the thin American cheese and slices of thin turkey covered with a relish mayonnaise sauce was like flavoring on cold tasteless meat in a store bought tortilla..also a throw away dish. The other items were Swartz brothers they could not screw those up. The worse part was the service and rudeness of the staff. Save your money and purchase your food from Starbucks because at least you know what you are getting and there are standards.

You're going to hate it while you're in there. The service is non-existent. People are standing around annoyed not knowing what to do. But, push through my friend! Get yourself to an order kiosk. Find staff at the pizza place and hand them your receipt. Then, ask someone to get you your chili or chowder. And, your reward for being insistent -- some pretty darn decent airport food! Congrats on winning at SEA! Both our chili (super meaty, no beans) and BBQ chicken pizza were flavorful. Experience is a D but food is a solid B+.

S*** is gross , SeaTac food options are anemic ... eat at Mickey d's, at least you know what you are getting.

With the price, you figure you would get some flavoring. After cleaning TSA, it was time to eat. The kid got all the pizza (I know you read that review) I got a sandwich and scone at Cafe Lardo. The ham, cheese, egg on ciabatta was; how do I write this?!? Well thick bread, thin slice of meat, like one square scrambled egg, and slice of cheese that would cost 30 cents extra at BK. Or, I can write dry and tasteless. The scone, well how do I describe this?!?!? DRY, then the trill of hunting for a blueberry. Gee Lucky, I had Starbucks. (I know you read that review). Overall two stars. They have a large variety of food and maybe I just ordered the wrong thing but today it's two stars. Now excuse me, time to board. M

First of all, there was a server/manager (we think) who was amazing. She was extremely helpful and was managing the long line well. Food was just ok but one beer was $17!!!!!!!! That's ridiculous and it wasn't even good beer.

Workers are extremely slow and unfriendly, no communication what so ever. Also extremely unhygienic...no changing of gloves between cleaning and making food. Made me sick just watching...won't be here again The pizza that I got was really good though! So 2.5 stars
