This is a gem of a dining option hidden away but only a few blocks from SeaTac airport. A limited menu but with solid options for everyone and at a range of prices as well. Not inexpensive but not extravagant either. The service is attentive and appropriate. Separate checks were presented without a hiccup or side eye. The grounds are lovely and you feel pampered being in this cozy dining room.
Every time we decide to fly out of the airport to go anywhere in the world, we stopped here on our way. On our way out if we have to have an earlier late flight. We live on an island that really doesn't have many options for dining and certainly not the experience that we have here. It's like having vacation a little bit early.
This was my 3rd experience at Copperleaf and it did not disappoint. Each time I say the same thing. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this place! The natural, elegant decor and the cozy, inviting ambiance make you feel welcome from the start. The staff completely supports that feeling. They are warm, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. You are never made to feel rushed. It is a relaxing, almost luxurious experience. The noise level is perfect. You can engage in conversation...
