Absolute moron employee put her hands all over the lid of my coffee. $5 for drip coffee. I guess ridiculous high price regular coffee doesn’t come with common sense.
Worst latte I've ever had in my life! Tasted like warm milk. I couldn't taste the coffee or the syrup & it was expensive as hell being in the airport. Avoid this place!!!
Your bagel is as hard as a rock. My teeth hurts 😭
Listening to live music while you drink your coffee...win ..win.
The coffee is served extremely hot, so be careful but it is good tasting coffee.
I stopped by here for coffee and was beyond thrilled to find a vegan breakfast sandwich on the menu! Just egg, cheez AND spinach! Ate half before my flight and the other half in flight. So happy to find this filling fix for a long travel day.
Says it's open 24/7, it's not just a vending machine sitting in the corner that will serve drip coffee 🤢
We were pleasantly surprised that they served a delicious vegan breakfast sandwich. So yummy and perfect for our long wait for our flight.
Worst frappuccino in my life. I mean the worst! Staff is the worst as well.
Nice staff, but be aware that their matcha is pre-sweetened - way too sweet for my liking. I went back and had them dump some and add hot water - still too sweet. I threw away the whole thing - $8 down the drain.
I went here march 25, 435pm. I wish I could give zero stars. I asked for a latte at the Costa Coffee in SeaTac, and instead of simply asking what size I wanted, the cashier — a woman wearing a hijab — just pointed at the wall. Was it really that hard to ask me which size I preferred? It felt dismissive and disrespectful. When I looked up reviews later, I wasn’t surprised to see the low ratings. Then, to top it off, she pointed at the tip screen without saying a word. Maybe customer service training isn't part of their manual? The coffee itself tasted terrible too. I don’t come to the airport often, but even if I do, I won’t be coming back here again.

Glad to see this chain in the US.
I’d rather say grab Starbucks instead but in this case do it. The cappuccino was heavy and had only a small amount of foam on top, the beans were bitter. Think of it as a large volume bitter drip and no a very light aerated cap. The breakfast sandwich looked like a microwave from frozen, while it was eat-able it wasn’t worth this price.
Avoid, avoid, avoid. Way too few staff. Looong wait time. The grab and go concept is great if we were a drip coffee city, but it's Seattle. 🤦🏽♀️ I don't know what they put in my coffee, but it didn't taste like any milk I'm aware of. I don't normally throw away $6 coffees, but it was beyond drinkable. 😝 Now I'm nervous about the sandwich I purchased. 😬
I made the mistake of not checking the reviews first. Chicken pesto was ice cold in the middle and one of the worst lattes I've had in a while.
Terrible coffee and customer service. They’ll say it’s your fault for missing the order number when they never even announced it. This happened to multiple people including myself. Also the coffee tastes gross. Save your money or try a different coffee shop. Trust me. I asked for a simple black coffee and they still messed it up by adding sugar.
