If I could do negative stars I sure would. The waitress we had was so horrible, I was ready to cancel my order and walk out. Then after 30 minutes my drink came I ordered when we walked in. There was an elderly couple frustrated as well about food forgotten, when it was brought out they had all had their regular meals and said they didn’t want it so the waitress put it on our table and said fine then I’ll give it to them and walked away saying when you’re ready to pay come on up. They said they were ready walked up and the waitress wouldn’t help them. Someone else finally came and helped. We watched 2 tables leave her area after sitting for over 20 minutes without having someone come up. It was NOT busy by any means. When it came to pay the disorganization was absolutely unbelievable. I’m not even sure we paid the right meal but the service and atmosphere was so bad we just wanted out of there. I highly recommend you go ANYWHERE else and don’t even waist your time. Also based on the reviews I’ve read a lot of them seem to have similar instances and are probably from the same bad attitude waitress. She should find a new profession she can be happy in and not have to talk to anybody.

Flew in from overseas, had a layover in town. I gotta say, Shay was on point. My breakfast was delicious, but her service was top notch. Very cheerful, and attentive, to say the least.

Its so bland in here. The 2 over medium eggs were the biggest thing on my plate. I ordered a country fried steak and after finishing my food plus the toast I am still very hungry. I cant believe im paying for this. I had to ask for so much. I needed to ask for jelly for my toast and more coffee. Service subpar and the food was so small my 5 year old could be hungry after eating it. Cmon Dennys you can do better. Im never returning to this one either.

Went there around 1:30 am this morning after a late flight. Went to the bar like area and sat there for about 15 minutes. 2 ppl walked passed me and never greeted me, asked if I needed assistance or water. Nothing! Way to go Denny
If you could give a -3 for service this takes the cake! Couple we were with asked for a refill of raspberry tea had to wait 10 minutes, went up to cashier to pay and told waitress that they had been waiting for their refill 3 times. She brought them an empty to go cup. They told her they had asked for a refill of raspberry tea and waitress said that they were out of raspberry LEMONADE! Again, said raspberry tea, oh let me get that for you she says! RIDICULOUS, we waisted 30 minutes of our time trying to get a refill of raspberry tea and to go containers! Also took forever to get food, total we were there over an hour and a half.

Terrible customer service, staff, and the food. I spent hundreds each month but it took one time to discriminate against me to lose my loyalty. I will boycott you forever! I’m fortunate to have a IHOP nearby.
