You used to be able to get one of the better mochas in Seattle but the last two times my extra dark mocha has tasted like a mix of Swiss miss and instant coffee. Actually, I have made way better drinks out of instant coffee and chocolate mix when backpacking! Will not be ordering again.

Most likely not to purchase food or coffee here. $9 for a Mocha that tasted like sugar water. Cashiers rushed patrons along like cattle.

I used to get an xtra dark hot chocolate every time I was here for YEARS but the recipe must’ve changed because it used to be the best cocoa in the state and no longer is. They have other good things though! If they brought back the old recipe I’d be a regular again!
I was so excited to get something here as the place caught my attention as soon as I walked by. Sadly , the employees working there made my experience a poor one. If it wasn't for the food and coffee , I'd give it a 1 star. I ordered a Signature Mocha and a Macchiato shot . I asked about the difference between macchiato and another shot and the girl ringing me up seemed pretty bothered explaining. I also got a raspberry croissant which she asked if I wanted it warmed, which I chose. You have to wait for them to call your name ( I assume they know the name by the card if you pay by card, as I wasn't asked for it). The ordered came in quick , however they did not put my signature mocha ( which I already placed ), she assumed I didn't need it. We were arguing about that and I had to tell her again that I also ordered that one. They rang me a second time, without even apologizing. When my macchiato came , I wasn't sure if it was sweet, I asked the girl and she said yes, it has sugar. Apparently she did not pay attention to my question, as it was not sweet at all . I had to go back and add some sugar . The croissant was good but the raspberry filling was falling out as I reached to it, it even fall on my shoes, so pay attention if you order that.
Prices are pretty high like any airport, a sandwich is $12 and up . At least if their service could justify it. I won't stop here if I ever come through this airport again. And by the way , you get no receipt for the order.

All the food I bought was gross. I just paid $20 for food I had to throw away.

Forget Starbucks... this is the best place to grab a coffee, Latte or tea at the SeaTac airport... plus some amazing savory and sweet treats.
And great service with a smile. Keep it up.

Most burnt coffee I have ever tasted and I am not fancy when it comes to coffee. Also everyone seems mad but that may just be a Seattle kind of thing.

Great lattes and okay food.
Latte wasn't good (tasted like warm milk that was brown). Chocolate croissant was no better than Starbucks (and much more expensive).

I’ve always gone out of my way to get an xdark (72%) mocha when I’m at the airport. Last several times I’ve gone it just didn’t taste right to the point of asking the person at the cash register. Apparently they switched. It doesn’t even taste like chocolate anymore let alone dark chocolate. I hope they go back to what they were doing or they’ll likely lose a lot more customers.
