Make sure to talk loudly. Took 3 times asking to find out if they were open. Then was told I ordered a different item. Too expensive for at max a 16oz coffee and a sandwich with all your cheese crusted to the wrapper.

My first experience here was not good. Dealt with 3 rude staff members. Barita got my order mixed. I didnt realize it wasn't mine as she called my name when placing the order on the counter. In fact another customer heard her as well. When I took a sip of my drink I realize there was a mix up and tried to return it to the barista and she was rude - like I made the mistake. To top it all off, she emptied the wrong drink into another cup and was putting a new lid on it and was putting it back on the counter. I had to remind her to throw it out and get a new one. She was unpleasant. I realize we all have bad days but.....

Just stopped by and had a very pleasant experience. We ordered a London Fog eoth Almond milk and a matcha with a pump of strawberry with almond milk.Both came extra hot and perfect.
When tasting mine, i realized that i had not communicated that I also needed almond milk in my matcha. They gladly made me the correct one, even though i believe it was my eerror. And let me keep the other for someone else in my party .
We also got some chocolates.
Props to the closing shift for Monday night.

Overpriced coffee that tastes as if it's been watered down! It's conveniently located with much shorter wait times, but after a few tries here from separate trips with similar disappointing experiences, I'll look for options elsewhere from now on!

The woman at the register is fantastic!! She remembered our order from a month ago and was patient and supportive with our disabled daughter. She is the reason we stop here every time we go through SeaTac.
And the mochas are the best!
