They are happy to take your money. They only ever have one driver. So you could expect a 2 hour wait, even if you only live a mile away. I think it's ridiculous. 2 days in a row that I've ordered and had to cancel, and now I have to wait 5 days for pay back and the points are voided. Don't waste your money. It's easier just to go through DoorDash. Or uber...at least their automated system doesn't lie.

For starters I ve been coming here for 10yrs , since Scott plaza opened. I waited in my car for 58 min for my pizza order ordered at 6:18 for pick-up and still wasn't ready at 7:18. I had to finally leave we had reservations for us while I was getting pizza for kids... I called to ask about the tracking, they said had nothing to do with them. ?

Out of all the dominos this is the absolute WORST ONE. I ordered a Large 3 topping pizza with white sauce & provolone cheese. When I got my pizza it was extremely dry & I could barely spot any cheese. Literally my whole pizza was bread & meat. I called the store & 1 minute into the conversation the manger was extremely rude. He continuously cut me off, refused to let me speak & told me if I wanted better pizza to pay extra for extra toppings. He then hung up in my face. When I tried to call back he ignored my calls but then answered my house phone when I called from there just to hang up in my face again. His attitude & demeanor was completely vulgar & he was extremely unprofessional & I will be reaching out to corporate.

Order the filling steak sandwich asked for extra cheese and meat. I ask him how much extra. he said don't worry I'll take care of it. When I got home with my sandwich. the meat wasn't even to the end of the bun. it was so skimpy I couldn't believe it. and I'm done with Domino's. I'll never spend another dollar at a Domino's again we got Pizza Hut. He told me the carry out had no guarantee we had to take it as is.
I've utilized the delivery services here easily a hundred times, if not more, for over 11 years. My claim is not necessarily that the people and products here are perfect, but they are pretty darn good. I've ordered so much pizza and plus over the years that we are practically best friends with the delivery drivers. Especially a couple of the drivers who have been working there probably the entire time. Almost no complaints. I mean, maybe a total of 3 time did they make even the slightest mistake. For example, I can remember 2 times they forgot to put the sauce one a side and I was certainly disappointed; however, 3 mistakes out of 100+ interactions. Sheesh, your hired. I make 100 mistakes out of 3. JK obviously, but that's just easy math. Honestly, I've been so impressed that even when they did make those mistakes, I didnt even want to bother them, I just ate it anyway. To go further, I've probably ordered on every day of the week and probably on every major holiday. Their service is incredible and rarely is there even a long wait. Maybe twice it took an hour, but probably 10 times it took only 15-20 minutes. No joke. Wondering if they even cooked it. But sure enough, piping hot and just impressed. Oh, one time our internet was weird and we accidentally order twice. They called us quickly to verify if we meant to order twice. Anyway, love the people and service here. Go here! They are my "stranger" friends. Unfortunately we moved.... gonna miss y'all.
